Pictavo BuyTheYearbook Storefront Information Sheet

The entire storefront site is free to schools. Users pay a 5% service fee for access to the site and to cover the cost of the credit card processing. These fees are not reflected as a separate item in the Shopping Cart, they are included in the online sales price of the item.

All funds collected through the storefront (*less the service fee and any taxes) will be applied directly to your YearbookLife invoice. See terms below. If the funds collected exceed your invoice and there is an overpayment, you can select whether the funds should be refunded to your school/organization or if they should be applied to your future invoice.

Sales Tax Information: Due to online marketplace tax laws in some states and localities, Pictavo is required to collect sales tax, based on the purchaser’s location. If necessary, sales tax will be collected as a part of Pictavo’s purchase process and will be submitted to that state automatically.
